London Plus CU Services in your pocket 24/7
Using the London Plus CU App is the easiest way to manage your account. You can check your balances, request a transfer 24/7 and apply for a loan.
Registering is easy
- If its your first time getting online using the new app you'll need your membership number and either your mobile number or email address to set up your account. It must match what we have on file for you.
- Go to the App store or Google Play Store and search for London Plus Credit Union - you should see our free App (look out for the London Plus logo!)
- If it's your first time logging into your account, select 'Activate Account' and then enter your FIRST NAME only and member number.
- Select how you wish to receive your verification code from the drop down list and click 'Send Code'. Enter the code in the box 'Verification Code' when it arrives.
- Choose a secure password. press 'Submit' and you're all set! Now when you want to log-in to your account, simply use your membership number and password.
- If you forget your membership number or password you can use the 'forgot' options to get back online.
- Please keep your log-in details secure. We will never ask you for your member area password.
- Don't forget that we are still available to talk if you have any questions or need any help.
